First Post...

Ok, so I started my journey back in October, after landing myself in the hospital since I was not taking care of myself...

Now it is June and I am down 124 pounds. 

I watch my portions, low carbohydrates, high proteins, lots of veggies.  I also exercise four or five times a week.

I have jogged two 5K's and I am now training for a sprint triathlon that is in three weeks.

This blog is to help me and others work out our issues with food and exercise.  Hope it helps...  Talk to you soon.
